Description

The system DIFFU-THERM ® Red / white is made of a with water washable liquid. It ´s daylight visible and includes a red penetrant, a developer and a cleaner.

BDR – GL is a new enhanced penetrant!

Advantage of this method is that small amounts of dirt in the failure, such as Oil and grease residues, are colored by the penetrant. Another advantage is that the user can recognize when the penetration is complete. This is done by the evaporation of the carrier liquid penetrant and is indicated by the turning of the hue in a Braun. The penetration time depends on the test temperature. At lower temperatures, the penetration will be automatically extended, as the carrier liquid evaporates slowly. At the intermediate purification, the dried-penetrant is removed with detergent and water, from the test surface. A washout of penetrant in the defects is not so easy. After spraying of the developer to show the ads sharply. Development process is complete when the developer is dry. Even after days of no change in the ads is clear.

All aerosol cans are already equipped for over 20 years with overhead valves and allow the spraying in almost any position.

Almost all products are tested and approved according to DIN EN ISO 3452 part 2.

According to the level of corrosive ingredients, the products are conform to the requirements of ASME Code, Section V, Article 6.

This procedure is for processing in the temperature range from -10 ° C to 50 ° C (BDR-L + BDR-GL) designed.
